  • Ensure Salesforce and related systems support pricing, discounting, approvals, and revenue recognition requirements
  • Identify and resolve gaps, friction points, and data integrity issues across the QTC process
  • Partner with sales, finance, legal, and operations to ensure end-to-end alignment and efficiency

  • Independently drive initiatives from problem identification through solution design, execution, and optimization
  • Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce automations (flows, approvals, validations) to reduce manual effort and operational risk
  • Serve as a senior point of contact between business stakeholders and development resources
Data Governance & Quality
  • Maintain high standards for data accuracy, consistency, and governance across Salesforce and related revenue systems
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration or analytics-focused roles
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a proven ability to analyze and manipulate large, complex datasets independently
  • Professional skilled in Microsoft Word, Sales, Management, and Business Analytics
