The Manager Returnship is a temporary program designed to help managers re-enter the workforce, focusing on skill refreshment and networking. While both roles require leadership and organizational skills, the returnship is a stepping stone for those returning after a career break, whereas the project manager role is a long-term position with ongoing responsibilities.
