Incentives & Compensation:

  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time
  • Shift Differential for PM & NOC shifts
  • Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles=higher rate

  • Time and a half after 40 hours in a week!!!

*Sign-on bonuses are paid bi-weekly over 26 pay periods. See facility for details.

Staffing Ratio

AM: 1-13

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and monitor vital signs
  • Support resident care plans and maintain clinical documentation
  • Supervise and guide CNA staff
  • Ensure resident safety, dignity, and comfort
  • Collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
