Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs, developing targeted treatment plans to address specific challenges.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's requirements, fostering an environment conducive to personal growth and healing.
• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor their progress to adapt treatment approaches as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy services for clients, ensuring accessibility for those unable to attend in-person sessions or experiencing mobility challenges.
• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to uphold ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training and workshops, remaining current with best practices and advancements in the field of mental health care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid state license as either LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits
