Reporting to the Manager, Retail Strategy, Design and Merchandising, you will play a key role in deploying our brand across our Canadian network. At the heart of new service centre openings, renovations and transformations, you will bring our brand standards to life, ensuring a consistent and seamless customer experience from coast to coast. Your ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and transform strategy into tangible outcomes will make you an essential contributor to our national growth.


Your Mission

You will play a key role in:

  • Ensuring flawless execution of our brand image across service centres.
  • Supporting field teams in applying brand standards.
  • Leading the marketing component of service centre openings, renovations and relocations across the country.
  • Coordinating marketing needs with internal teams and external partners.
  • Developing, maintaining and enhancing tools and reference materials for the network.

More Specifically, You Will Be Responsible For:

Brand Activation and Field Deployment

  • Integrating brand elements within service centres while ensuring compliance with visual and merchandising standards.
  • Coordinating the installation of signage, promotional materials and merchandising assets.
  • Adapting brand solutions to the operational and physical realities of each service centre while maintaining national consistency.

Opening and Renovation Project Management

  • Supporting teams responsible for service centre openings, renovations and relocations.
  • Participating in project meetings as the marketing representative, including local marketing campaigns, local digital marketing initiatives, sales support, and partnerships with insurance providers.
  • Collaborating with Real Estate, Operations, Design, Construction and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of deliverables and project timelines.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serving as the primary marketing point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating local visibility initiatives, digital presence requirements and advertising campaigns related to projects.
  • Ensuring seamless communication between suppliers, field teams and corporate partners.

Governance and Reference Tools

  • Utilizing and maintaining brand guidelines, procedures and deployment tools for the network.
  • Updating documentation based on evolving standards, operational needs and field learnings.
  • Documenting best practices and sharing recommendations to support future rollouts and continuous improvement.

  • Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in retail marketing, brand activation, customer experience, or marketing project management.
