IMPORTANT: This is not an Assistant Manager or Shift Manager position. Candidates must have prior experience as a Restaurant General Manager, General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, or equivalent full-unit manager in the food service or restaurant industry.

What You'll Do

  • Take overall responsibility for the daily operation and performance of the restaurant.

  • Build and maintain a strong, reliable team focused on excellent guest service.
  • Create employee schedules based on business needs, employee availability, sales volume, and labor costs.
  • Manage staffing levels and control overtime and labor expenses.
  • Monitor sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and other key operating expenses.
  • Understand and utilize restaurant P&L statements to manage financial performance.
  • Establish and achieve sales, service, labor, and operational goals.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
  • Ensure company policies, HR requirements, and operational procedures are consistently followed.
  • Address employee and customer issues professionally and effectively.
  • Recruit and develop future management talent as the organization continues to grow.
  • Lead by example and create a positive, accountable, team-oriented work environment.
  • Be available to address important store issues during evenings, weekends, or other non-standard hours when necessary.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of restaurant or food-service management experience.
  • Previous experience independently managing an entire restaurant or food-service location is required.
  • Experience as a Restaurant General Manager, General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and managing employees.
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations and financial performance.
  • Experience with restaurant P&L, labor costs, food costs, sales, and inventory.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and resolve problems independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proficient with common computer and technology systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other hours as needed to support the operation.

Management Experience Requirement

Candidates must have full-unit restaurant management experience.

Candidates whose experience is limited to Shift Manager, Shift Supervisor, Team Lead, Key Holder, Assistant Manager, or Assistant General Manager roles will not meet the requirements for this position.

We are looking for an experienced restaurant leader who is ready to own the operation and performance of a store.
