POSITION PURPOSE: Partner with key Work Dynamics stakeholders (Sales, Solutions, Service SME's) to manage pricing for new business, renewals/expansions and opportunity assessments. Includes financial modeling, pricing processes and data analysis. Responsible for deadline-driven, accurate, pricing-related deliverables. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity that will primarily interface with team members in the Pacific time zone.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the compilation of the client pricing solution per the requirements of the RFP/pursuit response:

  • Work with the Sales team, Solutions team and SME's across JLL to develop the pricing response to new business, renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with and integrate pricing inputs from across JLL into client deliverables and internal tools
  • Compile relevant benchmarking data to support pricing assumptions for Workplace Management
  • Work within the pricing tools to develop the profitability model representing all service line and global regional pricing for the purposes of fee modeling and deal approval
  • Participate in client sessions to validate data for solution development and gain clarity
  • Work with the Solution Manager and Sales Team on the deliverables that will be key for RFP response and business planning:
    • Profitability Measurement and Fee Modeling
    • Complete and accurate Pricing Template
    • Pricing related Exhibits and Schedules for the RFP process, through and including negotiations and contracting
    • Commercial Review Board/approval documentation
  • Assist during transition on pricing assumptions and model to enable them to deliver on the deal
  • Promote and maintain process and reporting compliance standards

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong financial/analytical experience / skills
  • Knowledge of Work Dynamics business lines and service delivery
  • Knowledge of JLL sales process (new business and renewals) preferred
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency using Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent worker with a team player attitude
  • Self-starter with focus and ability to drive projects forward
  • Ability to travel occasionally

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant Real Estate experience
  • Familiarity with account operating expense budgets and P&L's a plus

Estimated compensation for this position:

135,000.00 - 160,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
