ABOUT THE ROLE: ย 

We are seeking a goal-driven Account Manager to grow revenue from new and existing customers. This inbound and outbound sales role works with churches across the United States, helping them find effective and efficient outreach and marketing solutions through the products and services offered on outreach.com. The ideal candidate is energetic, relationship-focused, organized, and comfortable working toward clear sales goals.

Grow account-based sales by 7.5% over the previous year
Build sales pipelines, execute outbound call campaigns, and close sales
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Build a book of business and effectively manage named accounts
Meet individual and department sales objectives
Deliver excellent customer experiences by telephone, chat, and email
Work consistently through established pipelines and internal processes
Respond to customer needs with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: ย 

ย  Three years of B2B sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize, plan, schedule, and manage priorities effectively

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Two-year degree
Sales or ministry experience working with churches
