Position Overview

The Marriage and Family Wellness Hub is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative team. This unique opportunity enables a blend of clinical expertise and virtual care to support individuals in a remote detox center. The LCSW will provide essential mental health services while working from the comfort of their own home, contributing to a holistic care model that prioritizes patient wellness.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to create a balanced work-life integration. Our team operates within flexible scheduling options, accommodating either 4x10 or 5x8 shifts from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions through telehealth applications, ensuring a compassionate, confidential, and supportive environment.
  • Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess and interpret relevant social, emotional, environmental, and health information that may impact treatment.
  • Evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans in accordance with established clinical best practices.
  • Facilitate and coordinate treatment programs designed to address clients' unique social and emotional challenges, utilizing community resources when necessary.
  • Implement cognitive, affective, and behavioral interventions to manage issues such as substance abuse, mood disorders, and relationship challenges.
  • Maintain a therapeutic alliance characterized by respect, trust, and empathy with all clients.
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure efficacy and relevance of services provided.
  • Maintain accurate client records and case documentation according to organizational protocols.
  • Contribute to team meetings and case discussions, sharing insights and collaboration opportunities to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned that align with team goals and organizational protocols.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will be working with include individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges associated with mental health, addiction, and interpersonal relationships. The detox center environment necessitates an understanding of substance dependency and behavioral health issues. Your role will be integral in fostering recovery and resilience among diverse populations navigating complex life circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) accreditation in the state of California.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in social work or mental health counseling is essential.
  • Experience in treating behavioral health conditions such as depression, mood disorders, and substance use disorders is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and the ability to work effectively with varied demographics are critical.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience working in remote or telehealth environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and community resource navigation is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage case documentation and treatment planning within electronic health record systems.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This position also qualifies for a sign-on bonus.
