Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using recognized evidence-based therapeutic modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each clientโ€™s unique challenges and goals.
  • Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that empower clients through shared experiences and learning.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, offering clients safety planning as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Western Mind Care Hub, you will work primarily with clients in hospice care who are navigating mental health challenges brought on by terminal illness, grief, and adjustments to life-altering scenarios. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
