Reporting Line: Co-Founder & COO

About Fulfillment IQ (FIQ):

Fulfillment IQ is a supply chain engineering and transformation company that helps brands, retailers, and 3PLs design, build, and scale high-performance logistics operations.

We work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology where we solve complex, real-world problems across warehouse design, automation, order management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain execution.

Our teams combine deep domain expertise with strong technical capability, delivering outcomes through consulting, systems implementation, and proprietary platforms that accelerate time-to-value and reduce delivery risk.

If you enjoy working in complex environments, partnering closely with clients, and seeing your work make a tangible impact on how global commerce moves, this is the place where your skills and judgment truly come to life.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an MAWM Implementation Manager who brings a strong blend of functional warehouse expertise, technical understanding, and program delivery leadership. This role goes beyond traditional WMS implementations, requiring an individual who can think holistically across systems, processes, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with MAWM implementations and a strong grasp of warehouse operations, as well as an understanding of how enterprise systems, integrations, and digital supply chain ecosystems function. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end implementations, bridging business needs with scalable, technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end MAWM implementations across planning, design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Go beyond traditional delivery by understanding how WMS interacts within the broader supply chain ecosystem (ERP, OMS, TMS, MHE/WCS).

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define:

  • Warehouse processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns)
  • System workflows and user journeys
  • Integration points and dependencies across systems
  • Drive solution design and configuration strategies within MAWM, including functional modules and workflows.
  • Oversee integration design, including APIs, ProActive extensibility, and data mapping across host systems.
  • Ensure alignment between warehouse operations and system capabilities for scalable and efficient execution.
  • Act as a bridge between operations, engineering, and business teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and technically sound.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Support testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in WMS implementations, with strong expertise in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end MAWM implementation programs.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MAWM architecture, APIs, ProActive framework, and configuration tools.
  • Experience with system integrations involving ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/WCS systems.
  • Ability to think in terms of end-to-end supply chain systems, not just isolated warehouse processes.
  • Strong program management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-site or global MAWM rollouts.
  • Exposure to Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI), OMS, TMS, or LMS platforms.
  • Understanding of EDI frameworks and messaging in WMS integrations.
  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, or 3PL environments.
  • Manhattan certifications (MAWM/SCI) are a plus.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days:

30 Days In

  • Understand current warehouse operations, MAWM landscape, and system integrations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements.
  • Review existing solution designs, workflows, and integration architecture.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, integration partners).
  • Deliver clear documentation of current state and implementation roadmap.

60 Days In

  • Drive solution design and participate in configuration and integration planning.
  • Lead workshops and design sessions with stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities in processes and systems.
  • Support SIT/UAT planning and execution readiness.
  • Demonstrate progress in implementation milestones and solution alignment.

90 Days In

  • Lead key phases of implementation including testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
  • Ensure successful deployment with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Drive measurable improvements in warehouse efficiency and system performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on MAWM capabilities and best practices.
  • Present implementation outcomes and KPIs to leadership.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Implementation Delivery (On-time, within scope, quality)
  • Warehouse Process Optimization
  • System & Integration Effectiveness
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction & Adoption
  • Post Go-Live Stability & Performance
