Job description

We are looking for an Amazon Fulfillment Specialist to support order execution and customer supply chain activities for a high-volume Amazon business based in Clearwater, Florida. This contract-to-hire position is ideal for someone who can confidently manage purchase orders, monitor fulfillment performance, and keep orders moving accurately through the sales cycle. The role is fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone due to critical Monday processing deadlines. You will work closely with systems, logistics, and replenishment workflows to help maintain reliable service levels and on-time, in-full delivery performance.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming Amazon purchase orders through Vendor Central and ensure each order is processed accurately from receipt through fulfillment.

• Oversee the full sales order lifecycle by coordinating order entry, allocation, shipment readiness, and completion within required timelines.

• Track service performance metrics, including on-time and in-full results, and address issues that may affect customer commitments.

• Partner with warehousing, transportation, and third-party logistics providers to support timely movement of goods and resolve fulfillment exceptions.

• Support replenishment and inventory planning activities by reviewing order patterns, demand signals, and forecast-related information.

• Maintain accurate transaction records in ERP systems such as NetSuite and ensure data aligns across order management and fulfillment platforms.

• Investigate order discrepancies, shortages, routing issues, or delivery delays and take corrective action to minimize disruption.

• Prioritize Monday order execution requirements and adjust weekly workload to meet critical customer processing deadlines.

• At least 3 years of relevant supply chain or customer operations experience, including a minimum of 2 years working with Amazon order processes.
• Hands-on experience using Amazon Vendor Central to manage purchase orders, fulfillment activity, or related customer supply chain tasks.
• Strong background in order management, replenishment, forecasting, and execution within a product-based or CPG environment.
• Working knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and third-party logistics operations that support customer delivery performance.
• Experience using an ERP platform such as NetSuite or a comparable enterprise system for order and inventory coordination.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while consistently meeting time-sensitive deadlines, especially on Mondays.
• Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail when handling exceptions, cross-functional coordination, and customer-facing supply chain activities.
