Job description

Account Manager.
REMOTE
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the State agency contract manager.
  • Act as the contract liaison for the State agency leadership team.
  • Ensure ongoing fulfillment of all contractor requirements throughout the life of the contract.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to the contractor's working team.
  • Conduct annual evaluations/check-ins with key State agency stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in:
    • Large-scale systems implementation
    • Account maintenance and management
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience acting as a liaison between contractor and clients for large-scale systems.
  • Must demonstrate experience as an Account Manager supporting client needs throughout the lifecycle of the client relationship.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in cannabis, marijuana, and/or FDA-regulated industries.
  • Experience in State government contracting.
  • Experience in IT-specific account management.
