• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to establish baseline evaluations and create personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients.
• Provide psychotherapy through evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices, addressing various client issues from everyday stressors to severe mental health conditions.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, encouraging a sense of community and shared learning among group participants facing similar challenges.
• Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure effective treatment across disciplines.
• Respond to crises with appropriate interventions, providing immediate support and resources to patients in distress.
• Educate clients about mental health topics, treatment options available, and pertinent community resources to empower them in their mental health journeys.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and clinic-specific standards.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights and fostering an ongoing dialogue related to best practices in mental health care.
• Commit to continuous learning by staying updated with the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and practices.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, and families, often facing challenges related to mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our patients come from various backgrounds, providing you the opportunity to apply culturally competent care and individualized treatment approaches that align with their specific circumstances and concerns.

• A valid Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of Arizona.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment techniques, and a strong understanding of therapeutic principles.
• Proven ability in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing targeted treatment plans that support individual patient goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and contribute effectively to team dynamics.
• Strong ethics and professional integrity, ensuring patient confidentiality and adherence to all professional standards.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) for efficient documentation and patient management.

• Prior experience providing individual and group therapy in a telehealth environment.

• Knowledge of community resources and support systems to assist clients effectively.
• History of conducting workshops or educational sessions on mental health topics.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your qualifications and relevant experience.
