Job Summary:
The Sr. Digital Product Manager at Viking oversees the primary website, leading projects from concept through execution. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering intuitive, data-informed digital experiences and leverages AI tools to enhance decision-making, prioritization, and operational efficiency.
This is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday on a weekly basis.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Ownership:
    • Lead new initiatives from inception and design through user stories and delivery.
    • Make product decisions aligned with business goals and impact.
    • Partners with executives and stakeholders to define initiatives and translate them into an actionable roadmap.
    • Manage product backlog and collaborate closely with the Scrum Master to ensure smooth sprint execution.
  • Guest Experience Enhancement:
    • Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure experience meets brand standards and usability expectations.
    • Gather insights from call center, research team, and guests to drive platform enhancements.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and use AI-driven insights to identify opportunities for site improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work seamlessly with IT, QA, scrum, marketing, compliance, customer service, and other teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
    • Align initiatives with the broader digital product ecosystem.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Use analytics tools to monitor platform performance and user behavior.
    • Present insights and improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Releases & Issue Management:
    • Oversee releases to ensure smooth deployment to production.
    • Act with urgency to resolve production issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably with a focus on customer-centric platforms or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve digital product performance.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
