Setting: Clinic-based
Population Served: Early intervention (ages 2โ6; occasional up to 7)
What Youโll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Serve as team leader for local clinic staff by supervising and training the clinical team members
- Develop and manage treatment plans for new and established clients
- Conduct initial and on-going behavioral assessments
- Observe client sessions and analyze data to ensure client progress
- Train and empower parents as caregivers
- Cross-team collaboration to optimize success
- Ensure compliance with insurance requirements
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload size: Typically 7โ8 clients (max ~10โ11 depending on hours)
Billable hour expectations: 28โ29 hours/week
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
Base salary: ~$85Kโ$115K based on years of experience (not tied to billables)
