In this full-time role, you will deliver virtual therapy services to help individuals navigate their mental health journeys. Work Environment

As a member of our remote team, you will operate in an outpatient setting dedicated to delivering high-quality mental health support. Flexibility is key, and counselors will have the freedom to manage their schedules while adhering to our core business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • An active Virginia license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A strong background in therapeutic practices, preferably with experience in delivering virtual therapy.
  • Excellent communication skills, complemented by a genuine commitment to supporting clients in their mental health journeys.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling or therapy, demonstrating a solid understanding of various therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
