Job description

Overview Automotive Repair Manager role at AAA Club Alliance. You will oversee shop operations, mentor and develop the team, and ensure high-quality service at every visit. Lead a state-of-the-art facility and drive a culture of excellence, teamwork, and trust. Location: 2871 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22401. What We Offer Competitive Pay: $76,307 – $111,164/year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Eligible to earn monthly incentive pay based upon store sales and overall performance. Full-time schedule, 5 days/week with Sundays off; one additional day off based on business needs. Career advancement opportunities within AAA's growing Car Care network. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including service delivery, staffing, scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and budget compliance to meet or exceed performance goals. Recruit, hire, and develop associates to meet changing business needs with high engagement and accountability. Review repairs with customers and associates, addressing questions and ensuring a high-quality customer experience every time. Build external business relationships to drive sales growth and enhance AAA's reputation in the community. Act as Health & Safety Officer for the location, ensuring OSHA and local compliance standards are met. Prepare and review operational, financial, and performance reports to track and drive results. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate Degree or equivalent education/experience preferred. 6+ years of automotive industry experience, including 3+ years in a management role. ASE Certification preferred. Valid driver's license with at least 5 years of clean driving history; ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions on passenger vehicles and light/medium duty trucks. Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with automotive software applications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Authorized to work in the USA. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background check, drug screening).
