Job description

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) to design, develop, and optimize enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Reltio configuration, APIs, data modeling, and building scalable data pipelines, along with strong analytical and programming skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain data solutions using Reltio MDM platform.
  • Configure and manage Reltio MDM entities, workflows, and data models.
  • Build and support API integrations between Reltio and upstream/downstream systems.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and distribution.
  • Perform advanced SQL-based data analysis and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Implement dimensional data models including star and snowflake schemas in data warehouse environments.
  • Work on data integration, transformation, and migration activities across enterprise systems.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, data quality, and performance optimization standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, business analysts, and application teams.
  • Use Git-based CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/GitLab) for version control and deployment automation.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, Gemini, or similar) to improve development efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7–10 years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM, including configuration and API usage.
  • Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and implementations.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience in building data models, pipelines, and API integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and performance tuning.
  • Exposure to AWS or other cloud-based data services and databases.
  • Experience with dimensional modeling (star and snowflake schemas).
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Git-based CI/CD tools (GitHub or GitLab).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, or Google Gemini.
