Job description

Title: Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Opportunity in Midwest

Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC fellowship-trained Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist to join our established practice in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Job duties include providing consultations and managing pediatric patients with known or suspected malignancies and hematologic diseases in the ambulatory setting. The provider will also offer inpatient consultation and management of pediatric patients in the acute care setting, supervise RNs administering chemotherapy in the ambulatory setting, and is not required to take call.

  • Clinical trials in the Children’s Oncology Group at the National Cancer Institute
  • Treyden’s Cabin: a patient‑centred project celebrating a youth who passed from lymphocytic leukemia in 2013, featuring a forest‑themed waiting area
  • Marshfield Children’s Hospital Oncology Wing

Our team includes hematologists and oncologists, oncology nurses, surgery, neurosurgery, radiation oncology, interventional radiology, behavioral health, child life specialists and many other specialists. We deliver expert care to children with cancer and blood disorders close to home in central Wisconsin.
