As a Commercial Relocation Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless moves for our clients, from the initial order through to successful completion. You will collaborate closely with sales, dispatch, warehouse, accounting, and moving crews to ensure every client receives a smooth and satisfying relocation experience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of commercial relocations, maintaining direct communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, sales, dispatch, warehouse, accounting, and moving crews.
  • Schedule and monitor moves to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Answer incoming sales calls and schedule sales appointments as needed.
  • Prepare and manage paperwork to facilitate packing, loading, and delivery services in compliance with company standards.
  • Update and maintain accurate information in company computer and tracking systems.
  • Review final rates for each shipment and confirm approvals for any additional services.
  • Take ownership of any issues that arise, working to resolve them to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records for each shipment.
  • Support special projects and assist other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
