Looking for an experienced Restoration Construction Manager . This role involves overseeing projects from pre-construction to completion, including developing project budgets, managing contracts, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Management:

Overseeing all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction.

· Budget Management:

Developing and managing project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring projects stay within budget.

· Contract Management:

Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

· Team Leadership:

Leading and supervising construction teams, including field crews, subcontractors, and other professionals.

· Risk Management:

Identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

· Communication:

Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Required Skills and Experience:
