Urban Signature Appliances of Mcallen/Brownsville is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with the company.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 Years of Managing Warehouse
  • Knowledge of appliance installation required
  • Must have a valid State Issued Driver License
  • Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs., and use hand wheeled carts to move Appliances
  • Strong drive for results

  • Strong execution and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of store and retail operations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to represent the Company in a professional manner at all times

Job Summary:
  • The Warehouse Manager is responsible for providing leadership to a core team of associates responsible for the receiving and replenishment of merchandise ensuring the sales floor is well presented and product is available for sale to the customer.
  • The Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising and directly participating in the delivery of merchandise to customers homes
  • Ensures that the store and delivery team adheres to safety policies and procedures including protocol for maintaining delivery vehicles
  • Assists with store tasks including unloading trucks, loading customer vehicles, & moving product on the sales floor
  • Supervises hourly delivery associates and actively participates in delivery activities

As an appliance repair technician, you'll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you'll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.
You'll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you'll have to deal with people, too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
