Job Description
  • Weekly payroll processing for multiple pay groups in EV5 ADP Payroll
  • Data input, as necessary, for manual checks, voids, stop pays, direct deposit reversals, and payroll adjustments
  • Verify and load all manual checks to JP Morgan Chase Bank site
  • Manage relocation;  provide wage requests to vendor, upload files and conduct frequent reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
  • Process any overpayments/repayments from the field; adjust EV5 to correct wages and process checks with treasury
  • Pay card funding and transfers
  • Executive Compensation processing and audit
  • Weekly oad of STD files for Associate Service Center
  • Process RSU and stock payrolls and reconcile transactions on a quarterly basis
  • Reconciliation of imputed income
  • Provide support to Sr. Financial Analyst with GL related account reconciliation, research and void checks as necessary
  • Preparing multiple worksite reporting
  • Enter corrections in adjust mate and process W2Cs
  • Integral part of quarter and year end activities
  • Work with HRMS and Benefits to resolve payroll issues
  • Perform testing support of system configuration software patches and upgrades
  • Provide assistance to business units on payroll related inquiries
  • Assist with various projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Detail oriented and result driven individual with excellent follow up skills
  • Excellent  analytical skills
  • Good  oral and written communication skills and above average administrative skills
  • Good  time management skills in order to meet continuous critical deadlines
  • Ability  to interface with all departments both within the company as well as external sources
  • Proficient  in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
  • Working  knowledge of payroll related liabilities and account reconciliations 

Required Education/Experience/Training

  • 5  to 7 years experience in processing payroll
  • Minimum of 3 years processing payroll utilizing ADP's Enterprise (EV4/EV5) application
  • CPP preferred
  • Working knowledge of wage rules at the state and federal levels
  • Proficient in ADP R reporting tool
