Pardgroup, società leader nei servizi integrati per il retail e la grande distribuzione, in ottica di ampliamento del proprio organico, ricerca una figura di Procurement Manager da inserire all’interno del nostro procurement team con sede a New York.

La nuova risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Implementare strategie di category management volte a ottimizzare il Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) e ad ampliare una base fornitori resiliente attraverso attività di sourcing proattivo a livello nazionale e internazionale;
  • Identificare, valutare e qualificare nuovi fornitori per rafforzare la continuità della supply chain, mantenendo al contempo solide relazioni con i fornitori strategici al fine di ridurre i rischi e incrementare il vantaggio competitivo;
  • Gestire e coordinare i processi formali di Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) e Request for Quotation (RFQ), negoziando prezzi e condizioni contrattuali al fine di garantire accordi competitivi e di elevata qualità;
  • Redigere, revisionare e gestire contratti di approvvigionamento in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali;
  • Sviluppare e consolidare relazioni strategiche con i fornitori chiave, negoziando condizioni commerciali e accordi vantaggiosi;
  • Monitorare regolarmente i costi associati alle attività di procurement e individuare opportunità di ottimizzazione;
  • Collaborare con i team di Quality Assurance ed Engineering per risolvere problematiche legate alla qualità e alle consegne dei fornitori, adottando metodologie di prevenzione e azioni correttive;
  • Supervisionare le attività del processo Procure-to-Pay (P2P), monitorando budget, saving e indicatori di conformità, garantendo il rispetto delle policy aziendali, degli standard etici e dei requisiti normativi applicabili;
  • Valutare costantemente le performance dei fornitori e promuovere iniziative di miglioramento continuo volte a incrementarne efficienza e affidabilità.

La persona ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

  • Esperienza professionale di almeno 5 anni in un ruolo analogo, preferibilmente nei settori Interior Fit-out o Luxury; sarà considerata particolarmente apprezzata l'esperienza nell'approvvigionamento di materiali quali metallo, vetro, falegnameria su misura (millwork) e FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment);
  • Comprovata esperienza nelle attività di negoziazione, gestione contrattuale, emissione di ordini di acquisto (Purchase Orders - PO) e gestione delle performance dei fornitori;
  • Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel e delle principali piattaforme di e-procurement ed ERP (ad esempio SAP);
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello quasi bilingue (C1/C2), sia scritta che parlata;
  • Disponibilità al trasferimento a New York;
  • Attitudine positiva e flessibile, unite a spiccate capacità di collaborazione, problem solving e lavoro in team.

Si propone assunzione con contratto a tempo indeterminato e una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra USD 120.000 e USD 135.000, commisurata all'esperienza e alle competenze maturate.
