Job description

Urogynecologist Physician

An exceptional opportunity awaits a skilled Urogynecologist to become a pivotal part of a dynamic pelvic health program in Central Mississippi. This full-time position offers a balanced mix of clinical and surgical duties, providing advanced care for women with pelvic floor disorders. The role is situated in a key outpatient hub within the Jackson metro area, offering a robust practice environment.

Diagnose and manage a variety of pelvic floor disorders, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, and fecal incontinence.

Perform surgical procedures such as vaginal and minimally invasive prolapse repair, sling procedures, and reconstructive pelvic surgery.

Conduct urodynamic studies and cystoscopies to support patient care.

Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including OB/GYNs, urologists, and pelvic floor therapists.

Deliver comprehensive outpatient care and surgical management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) or equivalent training in OB/GYN with a focus on urogynecology.

Comfortable handling a high surgical volume and complex pelvic reconstructive cases.

Experience in multidisciplinary care settings.

Competitive base salary ranging with total compensation potential between $300K and $600K+.

Higher compensation available for fellowship-trained surgeons and those with high RVU productivity.
