Working closely with the Chief People Officer, this person will serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate complex employee relations matters, strengthen performance management practices, and create greater consistency in how workplace challenges are addressed. The opportunity is about building strong partnerships with leaders, identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience, and helping create an environment where accountability, respect, and engagement are part of everyday culture.
