    Job description

Are you a hands-on, relationship-driven sales leader ready to make an impact across a dynamic industrial business? Our client is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead growth, develop strategy, and build strong relationships across U.S. markets. This is your chance to drive results in a diverse, technical, and fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly shape business success.

    What you will be doing...

    • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders.
    • Drive sales performance across assigned markets, managing opportunities, advancing key accounts, and contributing directly as a working manager.
    • Lead a small team of account managers, providing guidance, accountability, and strategic support to achieve business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, customer applications, and new opportunities to inform and adapt sales strategies.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial efforts with customer needs and product capabilities.
    • Prepare and deliver timely reports, forecasts, budgets, and sales activity updates to inform planning and decision-making.
    • Travel as needed to meet customers, support your team, and strengthen relationships nationwide.

What you bring to the role...

    • 5+ years of experience
    • Proven ability to sell across multiple applications or customer segments in technically diverse markets.
    • Prior sales leadership experience preferred
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly valued.
    • Comfortable with up to 50% travel
    • Strong business acumen—experience with forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and organized sales planning.
