Job description

Regional Sales Manager - Commercial Tire

Ascenso Tires North America | Hudson, Ohio (relocation for territory placement)

Sell on the road, not behind a desk.

Ascenso Tires North America is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow our off-highway and commercial tire business — agriculture, construction, OTR, truck, and trailer — through distribution across North America. We’re a fast-growing global brand investing heavily in North America, and our field sales team is where that growth happens.

This is outside B2B sales for someone ready to move fast and build a career. You’ll start with two months of paid, hands-on training out of Hudson, Ohio — ramping alongside our best Regional Sales Managers to learn about the product and the industry. Successfully complete the program and you’ll take ownership of your own territory, with relocation support for your placement.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales, with a real track record of carrying — and hitting — a number
  • A hunter: competitive, self-starting, energized by chasing new business
  • Road-ready: comfortable traveling roughly three weeks a month and open to relocating for the right territory
  • Mechanically curious: at home walking on a farm, job site, quarry, or truck shop
  • Coachable and driven: takes feedback, improves fast, and runs your own week without being told

WHAT YOU GET

  • $80,000 base salary, plus commissions and bonus
  • Your own territory to own and grow
  • Product knowledge, sales tools, and field experience to help you win
  • Company-covered travel; relocation support for your placement
  • Medical, dental, and vision; HSA and 401(k) with employer contributions; company-paid life and disability; PTO and paid holidays

No tire experience required. We hire for drive, coachability, and the ability to learn fast — and we invest heavily in the right people.

Ready to build a career and run your own region? Apply today.

Ascenso Tires North America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
