Retail Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Owner’s representative, landlord-side, developer, or strong retail construction background
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple contractors simultaneously across projects
  • Familiarity with leases, tenant obligations, liquidated damages, and time-sensitive project delivery
  • Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently
  • Willing and able to relocate to Indianapolis, IN
  • Ability to travel to project sites approximately 50% of the time
