CNC Machinist / Programmer – Relocation Considered
Onsite – Pulaski, TN | Full-Time | Integrity Tennessee, Inc.
Open to candidates relocating to Middle Tennessee. While we're not able to offer relocation funding at this time, we do offer a flexible start date to give you room to plan your move.
The Job for You
At Integrity Tennessee, we build precision products with pride, purpose, and accountability. We are looking for a CNC Machinist / Programmer who takes ownership of their work, values efficiency and quality, and plays an active role in keeping our machines running safely and productively.
Position Summary
The CNC Machinist / Programmer is responsible for developing high-quality CNC programs that run as efficiently as possible while minimizing machine downtime. This role supports our commitment to operational excellence by maximizing machine uptime, maintaining product quality, and promoting a strong team-first culture.
Duties amp; Responsibilities
  • Develop effective and efficient CNC programs and tool paths to optimize machine performance
  • Conduct pre-programming reviews to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and manufacturability
  • Communicate program timing, runtime concerns, and machine issues to the team and leadership
  • Create tooling requests and manufacture required tooling, including cutters and tool sets
  • Set up workpieces such as cores, cavities, and components
  • Maintain responsibility for the quality of machined parts produced
  • Meet Shoptalk deadlines for assigned jobs
  • Accurately record machine downtime using PULSE
  • Monitor machine uptime and proactively alert management to potential programming or equipment issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Tebis programming software
  • Work required hours based on production workload and business needs
  • Exhibit a positive, professional attitude and work respectfully with all employees
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Promote a team-oriented environment where work is completed consistently, cohesively, and on schedule
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned by management
