Our client, a leading packaging manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily plant operations and drive safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including safety, quality, and productivity
  • Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support operational goals

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a Production environment
  • Experience managing supervisors and hourly employees
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
  • Packaging, plastics, paper, corrugated, or related manufacturing experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
