Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

About the Firm

This well established, boutique architecture studio is based in Victoria and is known for delivering practical, well executed projects across transportation, municipal, commercial, and multi residential sectors. The firm has built a strong reputation for reliability, collaboration, and producing work that consistently gets built, supported by a solid base of repeat clients.

The studio offers a close knit, low ego environment where team members are supported, have visibility across projects, and play a meaningful role in the overall success of the firm. With a steady pipeline and long standing relationships, the firm provides both stability and a strong foundation for long term growth.

Why Join This Team?

This opportunity is ideal for a BIM focused professional looking to step into a true leadership role within a smaller, highly collaborative studio. You will have full ownership over BIM across the firm, with the autonomy to shape standards, improve workflows, and influence how projects are delivered.

The role offers a balance of hands on project involvement and strategic oversight, with direct exposure to leadership and the ability to make a meaningful impact on both current and future operations.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a BIM Manager to lead and manage their Revit environment and digital standards across the office. This is a hands on role where you will both set direction and actively support project teams across all phases.

You will be responsible for improving BIM integration, streamlining workflows, and ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects, while also contributing directly to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead BIM strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement across the office
  • Manage and evolve Revit standards, templates, and workflows
  • Support project teams with modeling, documentation, and coordination
  • Troubleshoot BIM related issues and improve efficiency across projects
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to integrate BIM into project delivery
  • Contribute to project work while maintaining oversight of BIM processes

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
  • Experience working across multiple project phases
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative within a smaller studio environment
  • Background in architecture or architectural technology preferred

What's On Offer

  • Full time, permanent position based in Victoria, BC
  • Hybrid work model, typically 3 days in office
  • High level of ownership and autonomy across BIM at a firm wide level
  • Opportunity to directly impact project delivery and internal processes
  • Stable pipeline of practical, buildable projects across multiple sectors
  • Collaborative, supportive studio environment with strong leadership visibility

If you are a BIM professional looking to step into a leadership role with real ownership and impact, I would love to connect.
