Job Description
Systems Engineers for Chicago, IL location. Provides technical leadership and support for computing
systems and systems integration on cross functional project work and T3 support for healthcare system.
Conducts, analyzes, recommends and presents performance and/or capacity analysis to assure systems
reliability. Determines strategy and leads support for system-to-network connectivity and interfacing to
assure stable integration of the NMHC distributed system IT environment. Reviews technology projects,
analyzes business requirements, recommends system changes, writes technical specifications, and
implements system changes to address changing application requirements. Leads on-going process to
integrate vendor, manufacturer, and point-expertise technical knowledge. Provides mentoring and acts as
resource for others on the team as well as application teams. Establishes standards, policies, and procedures
for local area networks. Creates and maintaining policy and SME documentation. Works directly with
project managers to understand application objectives, develop scope of project, outline effort projections,
determine schedules, and finalize plans. Develops project plans to direct technology activities either in
support of application projects or as independent work activities. Contributes to IS Knowledge Repository.
Provides on-call support. Tech: Power BI; Fabric; MS Power Platform. Experience must include: Sharepoint,
PowerShell, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, SDLC, Microsoft Azure, REST API, Microsoft 365 Suite, SQL, Data
Gateways.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field plus 3 years of experience in IT systems required. Required: 3 years experience with: healthcare systems support; Power BI; Fabric; MS Power Platform. Experience must include: Sharepoint, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, SDLC, Microsoft Azure, REST API, Microsoft 365 Suite, SQL, Data Gateways. Background and drug test required. Hybrid requires 2 days/wk on premises. Must be available for rotational 24hr on-call support, includes holidays and weekends. $93,933/yr-$119,288/yr + Benefits: https://jobs.nm.org/benefits.
