We systematically determine and analyze the actual and the future requirements of our Target Customers, and we know the Market Potential of our actual and future products We know which actual and future technologies are being applied in our Target Market and by our Target Customers, as well as by our competitors.

We are having available a portfolio of products with high differentiation potential compared to the products of our competitors so that we do not have to differentiate primarily by a low selling price. We know which products at what price level our competitors are selling to our Target Customers. Our Sales Organizations are fully informed and documented about the actual positioning and differentiation potential of all of our products, and our Sales Organizations are consequently in an optimum position to promote our products in the Market.

Main tasks, duties, authorization limits and deputy functions:

  • Provides leadership and management according to the H+S leadershipprinciples
  • Creating and implementing BusinessCases
  • Defining product development projects (project orders), Leading product development projects, asappropriate
  • Leading product launches
  • Product presentations,trainings
  • Profitability analysis of the productfamilies
  • Product Care (strengthening the portfolio, elimination of products, cost reduction initiatives, availabilitylevel)
  • Reporting to the General Manager, strong interfacing with other functions in RF division and H+S globally (e.g. PM/MM, R+D, sales organizations,distributors)
  • Active participation in the various review and planning meetings
  • Adhere to all regulations and guidelines contained in the Global Management System

Main tasks, duties, authorization limits and deputy functions:

  • BS or MS Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, 5BS or MS Degree or more years of industry related experience
  • Product Know-how in the field of High-frequency and Microwave technologies
  • Experience in project management and work experience in an industrial environment
  • Understanding of other cultures, International team player, experience working in a multinational environment
  • In depth H+S experience re. technologies, responsibilities and processes
  • Experience in management of both direct and dotted people in a Sales and Marketing environment,
  • Market knowledge
