D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Online Sales Concierge. The right candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers and focus on converting internet leads to onsite traffic and sales. This role plays a key part in delivering a strong customer experience while supporting divisional sales goals, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing teams. 

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that requires evening and weekend availability. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our New Jersey office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage and respond to inbound internet and phone leads from company websites and third-party sources

  • Provide prompt follow-up via phone, email, text, or video in accordance with speed-to-lead standards

  • Pre-qualify prospects to understand timeline, budget, and community preference

  • Match prospects with appropriate communities, homes, and available inventory

  • Schedule qualified appointments with onsite Sales Representatives and ensure smooth handoff

  • Maintain strong knowledge of communities, floor plans, pricing, incentives, and availability

  • Deliver a consistent, professional customer experience aligned with company standards

  • Accurately document customer interactions and lead activity in CRM systems

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Mortgage teams to support divisonal sales goals

  • Attend Division Sales Meetings and periodically visit communities to stay informed

  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

  • Regular and reliable attendance

  • Ability to work overtime

 

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two (2) or more years of experience in online sales, lead management, inside sales, or customer service

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, BombBomb, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools

  • Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Proficiency with MS Office and email

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Licensing requirements vary by state

Compensation

  • Annual Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000
