As a Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. • Quality in Everything - Treat every client as if they were our own family, with the care and respect we'd show to our grandmother, and every home as if it were our own.
  • Extreme Ownership, Extreme Integrity - We don't pass the blame or make excuses. Each team member takes full responsibility for their role, knowing that our integrity is defined by our actions. We are dedicated to being reliable, honest, and principled in every decision we make, no matter the difficulty. We know that honesty and integrity are the foundation of trust, and we are committed to being transparent with our clients and each other.
  • Service with Purpose - We strive to serve not only our clients, but also those who need a helping hand, offering our skills and expertise to "Build" our community and make NEPA a better place.
  • Adventure and Achievement - Short-term wins energize us, each one fueling our commitment to a vision that will outlast us and inspire future generations. Our pursuit of success is driven by adventure, constant growth, and a commitment to creating positive change that endures beyond our own time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of residential projects: pre-construction, execution, and closeout.
  • Lead clients through a professional, organized building experience.
  • Ensure projects meet profitability goals, quality standards, and code compliance.
  • Prepare cost estimates, purchase orders, and change orders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules to hit milestones and deadlines.
  • Direct and support carpenters, apprentices, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Facilitate project meetings with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams.
  • Anticipate issues, identify risks, and proactively solve problems.
  • Track and report financial aspects of projects, including costs, forecasts, and billings.
  • Lead procurement efforts, from subcontractor selection to contract management.
  • Support team members through coaching, professional development, and goal reviews.
  • Maintain safe, clean, organized worksites and ensure professional client interactions.

Qualifications

  • 8 or more years in carpentry, with deep knowledge of residential construction.
  • 4 or more years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven history of successfully delivering residential projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, best practices, and current technology.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to manage multiple job sites across NEPA.

Why Work With Us

You'll join a tight-knit, growing team that values craftsmanship, planning, and doing right by clients and each other. We invest in people who take ownership and want a career, not just a job.
