Job Description Project Manager Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Public Affairs Brand Marketing Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives across the Public Affairs organization. This role serves as the operational hub for marketing delivery, coordinating timelines, resources, creative assets, approvals, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch on time, within scope, and in compliance with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex marketing projects from strategy through deployment.

Develop and manage project plans, campaign calendars, timelines, and asset trackers. Coordinate resources and priorities using Microsoft Planner to optimize team capacity and deliverables. Facilitate collaboration among marketing teams, business partners, agencies, vendors, and leadership.

Coordinate leadership reviews, approvals, and launch-readiness activities. Manage final creative assets and ensure proper storage and governance within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; escalate issues when appropriate.

Monitor project performance and proactively develop solutions to keep initiatives on schedule. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, researchers, and third-party partners. Improve project management processes, workflows, reporting, and operational practices.

Required Qualifications Proven project management experience supporting complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, planning, scheduling, and timeline management skills.
