About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with a strong focus on estimating, financial performance, client communication, and overall project success. This role works within a structured team environment where field execution, administration, and business development are clearly defined.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the estimating and bid process for assigned projects
• Develop detailed budgets, scopes, and bid packages
• Manage project budgets and ensure overall profitability
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients during project execution
• Lead subcontractor buyout and contract management
• Track costs, change orders, and financial performance
• Coordinate with Field Operations Manager and Superintendents
