Job Description: 

L3Harris is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive associate to join our team and support project management and operational improvement initiatives. As part of a dynamic organization, this role will provide hands-on experience with project planning, schedule and budget tracking, status reporting, issue resolution, and process improvement, with a focus on supporting the automation and consolidation of training records into the SuccessFactors Learning Management System for the Operations function. 

Essential Functions:  

  • Oversee and manage internal and/or external operational aspects of ongoing projects within a program, specifically the automation and consolidation of training records into the SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems for the Operations function. 

  • Help lead a subset of the project's scope, or interface between project management and planning, project team, and line management. 

  • Influence the adoption of practices, approaches and concepts across multiple disciplines. 

  • Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. 

  • Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. 

  • Develops and implements mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. 

  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or related fieldor have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
