This role is responsible for leading the onboarding and implementation of complex and highly customized pharmacy solutions for a diverse client portfolio. The individual will serve as a strategic consultant, guiding clients on optimal product selection, plan design, and solution strategies that align with their business needs.

This client-facing role is pivotal in delivering a best-in-class experience that drives retention and growth of the MPS book of business. The position owns the end-to-end management of client accounts, spanning intent gathering, project planning, setup case submission, implementation, and seamless transition to the account management team. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution and alignment with client expectations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, excels in a fast-paced environment, and brings a strong customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the implementation and onboarding of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs

Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with their goals and operational needs

Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet critical timelines and deliverables

Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth objectives

Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and organizational priorities

Operate with a high degree of autonomy while appropriately escalating risks or issues

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, including end-to-end client delivery
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage large volumes of complex information under tight deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight from leadership

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
