Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of overall construction projects.

· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope of work documentation.

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

· Lead project meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to discuss progress, challenges, and deliverables.

· Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and manage subcontractor performance and compliance.

· Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

· Track project costs and prepare regular financial reports and change orders.

· Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and close-out packages.

· Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.

· Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.

· Provide leadership and guidance to field teams and junior staff.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

· 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.

· Proven experience managing projects valued from $1M to $20M+.

· Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.

· Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

· Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).

· Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

· OSHA 30 certification preferred.
