Assigned Responsibilities:
  • Collect and process subcontractor invoices.
  • Prepare and submit GLWA Pay App.
  • Prepare and submit Liberty Pay application.
  • Manage Change order pricing and approval.
  • Write subcontractor Change orders.
  • Process internal Budget adjustments for change orders.
  • Reports to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills required.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management processes and Procore is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with different personalities throughout the organization.
  • Two years' experience performing similar duties within the construction industry or other related fields.
  • Ability to work on different software platforms. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore.
  • Involves sitting, walking, stooping, bending, reaching and lifting.
  • Monday-Friday 7a-4pm EST and availability for planned, as needed events.
  • FLSA - Exempt.
