Job Title: Senior Enterprise Project Manager
Position Overview
Lead high-visibility strategic initiatives that span multiple years, involve large cross-functional teams, and require regular collaboration with executive leadership. This role focuses on delivering complex enterprise projects by driving stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, long-term planning, and successful project execution from initiation through closeout.
What You'll Do
  • Lead strategic projects and programs with executive-level visibility and accountability
  • Manage stakeholder and vendor engagement, including monthly executive sponsor meetings and project health updates
  • Establish and monitor project controls for cost, schedule, quality, and change management
  • Develop project plans, staffing strategies, and lifecycle reporting from initiation through closeout
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, deliverables, and cross-functional team execution
  • Perform long-term release planning aligned with organizational priorities
  • Escalate project risks and issues to executive leadership when appropriate
  • Ensure projects follow established project management methodology and prioritization processes

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working effectively in team environments within matrix organizations
  • 5+ years of experience resolving complex, high-priority conflicts and competing requirements
  • 5+ years of experience applying Project Management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • 5+ years of experience with system development methodologies for building new systems and enhancing existing information systems
  • 5+ years of experience communicating stakeholder needs clearly and effectively
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing data, identifying problems, and developing actionable solutions
  • 5+ years of experience communicating across teams, building consensus, facilitating working sessions, and negotiating outcomes
  • 5+ years of experience managing stakeholder relationships, maintaining positive interactions, and resolving issues

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a government or public sector environment
