We are a dynamic and growing pump manufacturing company seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to join our team. We are committed to designing and manufacturing high-quality products while fostering a collaborative environment where innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement drive our success.
About the Job:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will work closely with our engineering and product development teams to design, research, and evaluate both existing and new products. Responsibilities include supporting production, developing specifications, assisting with fabrication and product operation, investigating product issues and failures, and collaborating with other departments to implement design improvements. You will also provide technical support as needed and contribute to research and development projects. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical design experience, is proficient in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

·         Design, develop, and improve mechanical components and pump systems.
·         Create and maintain 3D models, engineering drawings, and product documentation using SolidWorks.
·         Evaluate current manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability.
·         Investigate product issues and failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
·         Support new product development, prototype testing, validation, and research and development projects.
·         Manage engineering software updates and implementation as needed.
·         Establish and achieve engineering project goals while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
·         Minimum of 10 years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
·         Strong mechanical design experience with proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.
·         Experience managing engineering projects from design through production.
·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·         Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
