CSG Talent is partnering with a leading global engineering consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager / Senior Water Engineer to join and help grow its municipal water practice in St. Louis, Missouri. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced PE with a strong background in municipal water and wastewater consulting who enjoys leading projects, developing client relationships, and mentoring teams while delivering critical infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through design and construction. Manage multidisciplinary project teams, schedules, budgets and client expectations. Develop and maintain relationships with municipal clients across the region. Support business development, proposals, capture strategies and project pursuits. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers. Deliver projects across water treatment, wastewater treatment, conveyance, hydraulic modelling, water resources and integrated water management. Requirements: Professional Engineer (PE) licence. 10-20+ years of consulting experience within municipal water infrastructure. Strong background in water/wastewater treatment, conveyance and/or water resources. Experience managing project scope, budgets and schedules. Client-facing experience with the ability to develop and grow business. Strong communication, leadership and technical writing skills.
