This is an opportunity for an experienced electrical construction leader to take a key role managing large, complex projects with significant responsibility for financial performance, project execution, client relationships, and team leadership. Key highlights include: Lead large-scale, complex electrical construction projects Own project financials, schedules, risk, and overall execution Mentor Project Managers and help develop future project leaders Competitive compensation, bonus, and benefits with additional project-related support for eligible assignments Job Description: The Senior Electrical Project Manager will provide leadership for large and complex electrical construction projects from planning through completion, with responsibility for project performance, financials, client relationships, and team development. Responsibilities include: Lead large or multiple complex electrical construction projects Oversee budgets, forecasting, schedules, cost controls, change management, and profitability Develop project execution strategies and proactively manage risk Coordinate with field leadership, clients, contractors, engineers, vendors, and other project partners Oversee electrical procurement, including major equipment and long-lead materials Partner with field teams on manpower, installation sequencing, productivity, and scheduling Provide oversight of electrical testing, startup, commissioning, and closeout Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project team members Provide senior leadership with updates on project performance, risks, and key priorities Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, efficiency, and overall performance Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and successful project execution Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years managing complex projects Significant experience within electrical construction or electrical contracting Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $20 million or more and/or multiple large projects concurrently Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, systems, sequencing, and project delivery Experience managing budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, contracts, risk, and change management Proven ability to lead Project Managers and multidisciplinary project teams Strong financial, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively communicate with field teams, clients, contractors, engineers, and senior leadership Valid driver's license and ability to travel or work on-site based on project requirements #ACCNOR.
