Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations while supporting the successful delivery of complex commercial and industrial construction projects. This leadership role combines technical expertise, team development, project oversight, and operational strategy to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations. The Engineering Manager will collaborate closely with project management, operations, estimating, procurement, and field leadership while helping shape the future direction of the engineering department.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing engineering team while managing resources across multiple projects
• Oversee engineering execution from project planning through closeout, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and design coordination
• Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Owners, Architects, and subcontractors to support successful project delivery
• Ensure engineering work complies with applicable codes, safety standards, quality expectations, and project requirements
• Drive process improvements, engineering standards, value engineering initiatives, and continuous operational excellence

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline
• Seven or more years of progressive engineering or construction experience
• Three or more years of leadership or supervisory experience managing engineering teams
• Strong understanding of construction methods, project scheduling, project delivery, and engineering best practices
• Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is preferred
