This posting is for anticipated future opportunities. TRIAEM is proactively building a pipeline of experienced Program Managers for upcoming Department of Defense and Intelligence Community contract opportunities.

Serve as the primary management point of contact for Government program, contracting, and technical representatives.

Direct and mentor geographically dispersed teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

Oversee staffing, recruiting, subcontractor management, workforce continuity, and employee performance.

Manage program execution to meet customer expectations for cost, schedule, quality, and performance.

Monitor program financial performance, labor utilization, forecasting, and contract health.

Identify and mitigate program risks while implementing proactive solutions.

Strong background managing contract execution, staffing, subcontractors, financial performance, customer relationships, and program delivery.

Experience overseeing program schedules, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.

Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Active Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and willingness to complete additional security processing if required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Department of Defense, or Intelligence Community customers.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Experience managing geographically dispersed cleared workforces.

Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), federal contract administration, and acquisition lifecycle management.

Experience supporting transition planning, workforce mobilization, and organizational growth.

Demonstrated success building and retaining high-performing teams in dynamic mission environments.

Salary Range

The anticipated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $250,000, depending on experience. Compensation is determined by several factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance, technical expertise, contract requirements, geographic location, and overall qualifications.

Work Location

This position supports customer programs throughout the Northern Virginia / Washington Metropolitan Area and may require oversight of personnel across multiple Government and contractor locations.

Periodic CONUS travel is required to support customer engagements, program reviews, transition activities, workforce management, and other contract performance requirements.
