Overview

VTG is seeking Program Managers to lead program execution, Government interface, and team coordination on the AN/SQQ-89(V) USW Systems Lifecycle Support program in Hampton Roads, VA. These positions serve as the primary VTG point of contact to the PCO, COR, and PEO IWS 5.0 program office across all contract periods.


What will you do?
  • Serve as prime VTG interface to PCO, COR, and PEO IWS 5.0 program office for all contract matters
  • Lead Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs), IPTs, and ILS Working Groups
  • Conduct Post-Award Orientation Conference within 30 days of award
  • Manage TI number tracking on all invoices and deliver monthly financial reports
  • Oversee subcontractor performance management across all team members
  • Maintain 24/7 on-call process and personnel roster across all contract periods
  • Lead schedule management and cost/schedule variance monitoring across all SOW task areas
  • Coordinate Government-directed meetings including RMC Collaborations and Training Strategy Workshops
  • Manage deliverable schedule and ensure timely submission of all data items
  • Oversee transition planning and incumbent workforce continuity at contract start

Do you have what it takes?
  • Must have and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
  • 15+ years of DOD program management experience, preferably on NAVSEA CPFF LOE contracts
  • PMP certification preferred; DAU Level III SPRDE or Program Management certification a plus
  • Direct experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams and subcontractor relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or related field required; Master's preferred
  • Experience interfacing directly with NAVSEA PCO/COR in a prime contractor role preferred
  • AN/SQQ-89 or comparable surface ship ILS/lifecycle program management experience strongly preferred

*Position contingent upon contract award*

VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $90,000-$150,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
