Striking a balance between delivering results and fostering team growth involves transparent communication, setting clear expectations, and empowering team members to take ownership of their work.

What is a Program Manager?

A Program Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple related projects within an organization to achieve strategic objectives.
